The List of Shame Update: We’ve Hit 80%!

The List of Shame

While creating a new page for The List of Shame a while ago, I thought “Wait. How long has it been since I updated people on the films I’ve crossed off the list??”. It’s been four years. Four. Years. Since my last update on July 18th 2014, I’ve seen close to 60 movies from the list of shame, which means we have officially reached the 80% mark! 7 years later, but still. With only 20 movies to go, and three of them being Blind Spots this year, we’re getting pretty close to the finish line.

Once we’re done I’m not sure if I’ll make another, but most likely yes. Until then, I’d like to go back to individual updates for every movie. However, since doing it to the dozens I’ve watched in the past four years is not feasible, I’ve decided to simply divide them into three categories, featured below. I’ve mentioned most of these films on the blog over the years, either in lists, recaps or Blind Spots (which I’ll link below!) so you’re likely aware of most of them.

Mother of God, Breathless is so damn boring. I actually don’t think I finished it. No wonder it’s at the bottom of that list ๐Ÿ™‚

Haha god yes, it was definitely one of those I did not really enjoy watching ๐Ÿ˜…

Nice list! I love so many of your instant favorites and liked instantly picks. Citizen Kane is so annoying – I can’t even.

You’re not the first person to tell me that, I think Citizen Kane is overrated for many people. I didn’t *hate* it but can’t say you’ll catch me watching it again for like 50 years ๐Ÿ™ˆ

Well, I can cross off 12 from this list and I mean, I consider that a pretty good number for myself. ๐Ÿ˜€
